Enjoy the little improvement :)

Joomla! 1.5 WoW Progress Tracker 2.4.2 update

Dear readers,

I've just released a hotfix for this extension. It's about the JavaScript namespace used by jQuery, I've turned on the compatibility option of the framework, so that you'll be able to run MooTools or any other JS framework without any problem :)

Just download the package again and update the modules (it is not needed to uninstall any 2.x previous version)

Joomla! 1.5 WoW Progress Tracker 2.0 update

Details
Published on Monday, 19 July 2010 10:31

WoW Progress Tracker has been wonderful, version 2.0 is amazing! I've unified all the modules in only one, just to make it easier to update them all and to load graphics faster (only one set of track images instead of multiple copies). I've introduced the WoW Armory Throttling Policy observance, which will prevent temp-bans (one call per second), even if this will slow down a little the tracker responce once a day (this is a necessary step to let the extension correctly work), in the next release I'll try to optimise 5x the download speed (got an idea!) v.2.1 released, it will take two seconds per character to download files now! (this is the best the armory allows).
